When will my order ship?
Because we make all of our products to order, we require 7-10 days to process your order from the time it is placed until the time it is shipped. You will receive an email notification when you place your order, and another when your order is shipped. If you need a rush order (i.e., if you need to receive the order in less than two weeks from the date you place the order), please email or call us and we will do our best to accomodate you.

How will my order be shipped?
We will ship all packages by either UPS Ground Shipping or by USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a tracking number for your package via email when you are notified of the shipping date. If you need 2-day or overnight shipping, please contact us and we will calculate the shipping costs for you.
